Saat barang diterima, pembeli wajib memeriksa pengiriman secara menyeluruh.All products undergo strict Quality Control (QC) inspections prior to shipment. Upon delivery, buyers are required to inspect the shipment thoroughly.

Klaim mengenai barang rusak, selisih jumlah, atau ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi teknis harus diajukan dalam 7 (tujuh) hari kerja sejak barang diterima.Claims regarding damaged goods, quantity discrepancies, or failure to meet agreed technical specifications must be submitted within 7 (seven) business days of receiving the shipment.

Setiap klaim wajib disertai video pembukaan kontainer/unboxing, foto yang jelas mengenai kerusakan atau masalah batch, serta nomor invoice atau kontrak terkait.Claims must include container-opening/unboxing videos, clear photographs of the damaged product or batch issue, and the corresponding invoice or contract number.

• Kerusakan Produk Berat:Severe Product Damage: Kerusakan atau pecah melebihi toleransi yang disepakati akibat kesalahan logistik yang berada di bawah kendali langsung kami.Physical damage or breakage exceeding agreed tolerance levels caused by logistics errors under our direct control.
• Ketidaksesuaian Spesifikasi:Specification Mismatch: Hasil uji laboratorium atau inspeksi sampel menunjukkan parameter teknis menyimpang signifikan dari kontrak pembelian yang ditandatangani.Laboratory or sample inspection shows that technical parameters significantly deviate from the specifications defined in the signed purchasing contract.
• Kekurangan atau Salah Pengiriman:Short Shipment or Misdelivery: Ketidakakuratan jumlah produk atau varian yang salah karena kesalahan pemrosesan internal.Inaccuracies in product quantity or incorrect product variants delivered due to internal processing errors.

3. Kondisi yang Tidak Dapat Diretur/Refund3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

• Keausan kemasan luar atau kerusakan ringan akibat penanganan freight pihak ketiga atau inspeksi bea cukai pelabuhan, selama produk di dalamnya tetap utuh dan dapat digunakan.Exterior packaging wear or minor damage resulting from third-party freight handling or port customs inspection, provided the product inside remains intact and usable.
• Penurunan kualitas setelah pengiriman akibat penanganan atau penyimpanan yang tidak tepat oleh pembeli, seperti kelembapan tinggi, air, atau pergudangan yang tidak sesuai.Quality degradation after delivery due to improper handling or storage by the buyer, such as high humidity, water exposure, or improper warehousing.

4. Proses Penyelesaian Klaim4. Claim Resolution Process

1. Notifikasi:Notification: Kirim detail klaim beserta bukti foto/video melalui halaman Hubungi Kami atau email resmi perusahaan.Submit your claim details along with photo/video evidence through the Contact Us page or official corporate email.
2. Investigasi:Investigation: Tim akan meninjau dan memverifikasi dokumentasi dalam 3–5 hari kerja.Our team will review and verify the documentation within 3–5 business days.
